My current work embodies layers of imagined visuals and shifting artistic intentions. The early moments of a piece offer exploratory marks and fleeting gestures that may become refined and finalized, remain unaltered, or change completely.  With my imagination and the materials as a guide, I encounter a variety of expressive figures and abstract environments along the art-making way.

 

Most are reworked and covered up, but some have endured and are included here - along with earlier works that explore more traditional approaches.
